Zumbaaaaaaa




For the past 3 weeks we have been doing 80 minutes of Zumba a week and i have really enjoyed it ! Everybody gets involved and has great fun learning the dances.

Zumba is a dance fitness program Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, salsamambo and martial artsSquats and lunges are also included.The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms.
